Our Response to COVID-19


As COVID-19 continues to spread across the globe, our thoughts are with each and every one of you. We know this situation has affected each of you differently and that COVID-19 will have a lasting impact on our society. Despite this challenging time, we also see hope in our resilience. We are demonstrating how, as a community, we can come together – regardless of location or circumstance – to address what may be one of the most important challenges of our lifetimes.

In navigating these uncertain times, Pure Green has an important role to look after our employees, support our customers, and aid our communities. We are dedicating resources to help those in need and help us, as a society, emerge stronger on the other side.

Serving Our Valued Customers and Partners

The relationships that we have built with our customers and partners over the years are of paramount importance to us. We are here to support you online at Pure Green with round-the-clock customer care.

We’re monitoring government responses closely to ensure we are operating safely and compliantly.

In an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19, some local and state governments have issued stay-at-home orders mandating non-essential businesses temporarily cease their operations. These orders designate lawn and landscape services as essential, therefore allowing us to continue providing services to our customers.  Please know we are constantly monitoring and adjusting our business practices with the safety of our associates and customers in mind.

We have procedures in place to safeguard against the spread of COVID-19 while limiting any interruption in service.

We are being more conscious than ever of the role safety plays in our interactions with each other and our customers. We’ve transitioned to “contact-free” services, allowing our technicians to put their expertise to work without in-person contact with customers. Here’s what you can now expect when we visit your property:

  • Customers will receive a phone call or other pre-service notification informing them the technician is on the way. This will take the place of our usual door knocking upon arrival.
  • Technicians have been provided with face coverings and trained to practice social distancing of at least six feet should a customer choose to come outside while services are being performed.
  • The service summary will be left at the front door.
